Jason Brooks

In the kingdom of Real Estate, Jason Brooks is unique.  There’s little he doesn’t understand about building design, assembly or maintenance.  From his late teens Jason worked in heavy construction with the Carpenter’s Union.  He helped to build enormous commercial buildings from the ground up and was eventually certified a Journeyman.  After a five year tour in the US Navy aboard FBM nuclear submarines and two years with Navy Intelligence {TOP SECRET security clearance}, Jason founded Atlas Building and Contracting, which he operated for more than twenty years.  He learned every aspect of the house-building trade the hard way – by getting his hands dirty.  It’s difficult to hide anything from Jason Brooks relative to the structural integrity of a residence or commercial building. 

Jason earned his Real Estate License in 1988 with Century 21 GOLD in Florence, Oregon.  Records show that he was the highest-performing agent that office ever had, often listing and selling more real estate than the other fourteen agents combined!  He also wrote the local newspaper’s Real Estate column and was in charge of advertising for the Century 21 office for many years. Jason earned his Broker’s License and owned and operated Pacific Coast Realty until his relocation to the Midwest.  He worked in the Nashville movie industry for a couple of years then began a thirteen-year stint with the SuperMax penitentiary systems in Tennessee and Illinois.
